Join us in the DTLA Arts District on March 30th & 31st for an Immersive Tasting Journey!

Experience flavors at a whole new scale, journey through an interactive gallery of artwork specifically designed to affect your sense of taste and smell.  Through elixirs, cocktails and bites discover the nuance of what you are consuming – from farm to art. 

» Interwoven with Social Connection: 

No dining tables or chairs here.  This immersive narrative removes the bounds of table seating or loud, dark bars and creates a shared experience to meet new friends over activities and delicious bites. Share in an experience that fosters curiosity, conversation and connection.

» From Los Angeles, with Love:

Chasing Bubbles is a set of sips, bites and artwork created around locally farmed, in-season produce.  All art is by local artists.  All food and beverage creators are local as well.  Experience localism on a whole new level. 

» Choose Your Adventure:

  • Sparkling: An immersive world of flavor, scent and transformation. 
  • Extra Bubbles: Access to an exclusive prequel event while you enjoy a specialty crafted cocktail served in custom designed Murano glass work. This glass design uses historic Italian glass making techniques in a hyper modern design blown in Culver City and specially commissioned for this event.  This one-of-a-kind functional art piece will be wrapped for you to take home at the end of your experience.

WHO IS AIDA?

We create immersive experiences that light up the senses, answering a societal need for more tactile, social encounters.  AIDA answers this call by implementing a high level of design intent amongst a dynamic collaboration of artists, architects, chefs and mixologists, among many other multi-disciplinary creatives.

This cross-pollination of artistic disciplines creates unique, tactile, immersive experiences that allow attendees a common shared narrative to nurture new connections.  Event guests move through a highly curated space, interacting with the art and other guests to attain each course of their tasting while playfully learning about what they are consuming.  Each artwork allows a particular flavor and concept to bloom in a way eating and imbibing could not do as a singular action.  Every detail of these experiences are thoughtfully curated to engage the senses and ignite imaginations.
